Book Riviera Driver is operated by 2B DRIVER, SARL, registered under RCS Nice 882 556 897 and SIRET 882 556 897 00016, with its registered office at 13 Rue des Orangers, 06300 Nice, France. 2B DRIVER is the controller of personal information used to operate the booking and coordination platform.

2. Information we collect
- Contact requests: name, email address, subject and message.
- Booking requests: pickup and destination, date and time, vehicle class, passenger and luggage counts, contact details, flight number, pickup-sign name and any notes voluntarily supplied.
- Payment and transaction records: booking reference, payment option, amount, currency, payment status and Stripe transaction identifiers. Full payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website.
- Operational records: assigned partner operator, booking status, communications, cancellation, refund and service follow-up information.
- Technical records: IP address, request time, page or endpoint requested and security information needed to diagnose errors or prevent abuse.
3. Why we use this information
- To answer enquiries and take steps requested before a booking.
- To process payment and coordinate the requested transfer.
- To select and assign a suitable licensed VTC partner operator.
- To send receipts, booking updates and operational confirmations.
- To handle changes, cancellations, refunds, disputes and customer support.

4. Who receives the information
We do not sell personal information. It may be shared only when needed with:
- The assigned VTC partner operator, who receives the operational details required to contact the passenger and perform the transport.
- Stripe, which hosts the checkout and processes online payments, payment authentication, refunds and fraud controls.
- Resend, which delivers contact, booking and payment emails.
- Google Maps Platform, which processes pickup and destination information for place selection, routing and quote calculation.
- Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States, which hosts the website and application logs.
- Professional advisers, insurers, payment or public authorities where disclosure is necessary to establish rights, comply with law or resolve a dispute.
5. International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision, approved contractual clauses or another safeguard recognised by European data-protection law.
6. How long information is kept
- Contact exchanges: normally up to 12 months after the last useful exchange.
