1. Controller
The data controller is 2B DRIVER, SARL, capital EUR 100, RCS Nice 882 556 897, SIRET 882 556 897 00016, VAT FR25 882 556 897, registered office 13 Rue des Orangers, 06300 Nice, France. Contact: contact@bookrivieradriver.com, +33 6 69 22 22 97.
2. Data collected
We may process contact details, pickup and destination addresses, date and time, passengers, baggage, flight, train or ferry number, booking reference, vehicle/payment choice, correspondence and technical security logs. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's hosted page and are not received by this website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, record and perform booking requests, coordinate the assigned operator, process payment, handle complaints, secure the service and meet accounting or legal duties. Legal bases include pre-contractual steps, contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate interests in support and security.
4. Required information
Fields marked as required are needed to review the request. Without route, schedule and contact details, a quote or booking cannot be processed reliably.
5. Recipients
Access is limited to 2B DRIVER, relevant service providers and the assigned licensed VTC partner where needed for the trip. Stripe processes payment data; hosting and routing providers process limited technical or route information under their own terms and applicable agreements.
6. Retention
Booking and accounting records are kept for the periods required by French law. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking and technical logs are kept only for a proportionate operational or security period. Data is deleted or minimised when no longer needed.
7. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. Contact the published email. You may also complain to the CNIL.
8. Hosting and transfers
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (https://vercel.com). Some providers may process data outside the EEA using the safeguards they publish. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
9. Audience measurement
Google Analytics is loaded only after consent and then uses first-party cookies to measure visits and the booking funnel. Before consent or after refusal, this site does not load Google Analytics or send measurement signals to Google. Advertising storage, personalisation and Google Signals remain disabled. Events use paths without query parameters and exclude names, contact details, addresses, booking references and Stripe identifiers. Consent can be changed at any time through Manage cookies.
