1. Who you are booking with
BookRivieraDriver is operated by [COMPANY NAME — TO BE COMPLETED], a company registered in France under SIRET [SIRET — TO BE COMPLETED]. Our business address is [REGISTERED ADDRESS — TO BE COMPLETED], our VAT number is [VAT — TO BE COMPLETED], and we hold the French licence required to operate as a private chauffeur company (licence number [LICENCE — TO BE COMPLETED]). You can reach us by email at aliev.vtc@gmail.com or by phone / WhatsApp at +33 7 64 22 10 10.
2. What we offer
BookRivieraDriver provides private chauffeur-driven transfers across the French Riviera and nearby regions: airport, hotel, villa and marina pickups; point-to-point trips; multi-stop itineraries; and tailored private-driver arrangements. The vehicle and the chauffeur assigned to your trip are selected at the moment of confirmation, based on the number of passengers, luggage, route and availability.
3. How a booking becomes final
A booking is considered pending until you receive a written confirmation from us. You send a request through the website, by phone, or by messaging; we review it against vehicle availability, route feasibility, and the pickup details; and we then send the written confirmation that makes the booking final.
4. Fares and route changes
The fares shown on the website are estimates. The final rate is confirmed against the chosen route, the pickup details, and any conditions that materially affect the service (traffic restrictions, event surcharges, additional stops). If the route changes significantly on the day of travel, the revised fare is agreed with the chauffeur before you depart.
5. Deposit and payment
We may request a minimum 15 % deposit when your booking is confirmed, to secure the vehicle. You can also choose to pay the full confirmed amount upfront. When a deposit is used, the remaining balance is settled directly with the chauffeur, in cash or by card, at the end of the service.
6. Airport waiting time
Every airport pickup includes live flight monitoring and one hour of complimentary waiting time from the moment the flight lands. Waiting time beyond that hour is charged at the standard per-hour rate, which is communicated to you with the booking confirmation.
7. Changes and cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: any deposit paid is refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be invoiced up to the full amount of the service. If the passenger is not present at the pickup point within a reasonable delay after the agreed time, the booking is treated as cancelled and invoiced accordingly. Changes to a confirmed booking are accommodated whenever it is operationally possible and may lead to a revised fare.
8. Passenger conduct and luggage
We expect passengers to behave in a way that does not put their safety, the safety of other passengers, the chauffeur or the vehicle at risk. The chauffeur may refuse or interrupt a transfer in case of intoxication, aggressive behaviour or damage to the vehicle. Oversized or unusual luggage — ski equipment, bicycles, large pets — should be mentioned at booking time so we can assign the right vehicle.
9. Liability
BookRivieraDriver operates under French transport law and carries the insurance policies required of a licensed private-chauffeur company. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including traffic incidents, weather, road closures, strikes, and the late arrival of flights or trains. We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle; please report any lost item as soon as possible so we can help recover it.
10. Privacy
The information you share when booking is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The Cookie Policy lists what the website stores in your browser.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If a disagreement arises, we will always try to resolve it amicably first. Consumers living in the European Union can use the European Commission's online tool for resolving disputes at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If no amicable solution is reached, the competent French courts have jurisdiction, together with any consumer-protection rules that may apply in your favour.
12. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or to the applicable law. The version that applies to your trip is the one published on the day your booking is confirmed. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always tells you which version is currently in force.
