Booking terms
These terms explain the roles of the platform, the passenger and the licensed VTC partner operator assigned to perform the transport.

2B DRIVER records and coordinates booking requests. The transport is performed and invoiced by the licensed VTC partner operator assigned to the confirmed trip.
A displayed quote is not a confirmed transfer. Payment records a booking request. The transfer becomes confirmed only after availability, the assigned service and pickup details are confirmed separately in writing. A payment receipt alone is not final transport confirmation.
The fare is based on the route, date, time, vehicle class and details supplied. Services scheduled between 10:30 pm and 6:00 am may include a 20% night adjustment. Added waiting, a changed address or a materially different route may require a revised fare communicated and accepted before the changed service is performed.
The passenger may pay 20% online and the remaining 80% to the chauffeur by card or cash at pickup, or pay 100% online. With full online payment, no transport balance is due at pickup.
A VTC partner is assigned according to route, capacity and availability. If an assigned operator becomes unavailable, the platform may seek a suitable replacement in an equivalent or higher vehicle category.
Included waiting is 60 minutes at airports, 30 minutes at train stations and ports, and 15 minutes at other pickup points. With a valid flight, train or ferry number, the allowance starts from the observed arrival time and delays outside the passenger's control do not consume it. Without a valid number, the agreed pickup time remains the reference. Any service beyond the included allowance is discussed with the customer and performed only after a revised amount is accepted.
For bookings made under these terms, a passenger cancellation received at least 24 hours before pickup is refunded in full. If it is received less than 24 hours before pickup after final confirmation, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total fare is retained: a 20% deposit is retained, while a fully paid booking is refunded at 80%. If the booking has not yet been finally confirmed, or if Book Riviera Driver cannot provide the service, the amount collected online is refunded in full.
A passenger no-show is recorded only after the included waiting period and a documented contact attempt. No refund is due: where only the 20% deposit was paid, that deposit is retained and the unpaid 80% is waived; where the fare was paid in full, the full amount is retained. Book Riviera Driver does not subsequently charge an unpaid card balance. Exceptional documented circumstances may be reviewed manually. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Passengers must provide accurate contact, route, passenger and baggage information. Oversized items and child-seat needs must be stated before confirmation. Unsafe, aggressive or seriously disruptive conduct may lead the transport operator to refuse or interrupt the service where lawful.
2B DRIVER is responsible for the booking and coordination platform within applicable law. The assigned operator is responsible for performing the transport, required licences and insurance, and the transport invoice. Traffic, weather, road closures, strikes and other events outside reasonable control can affect timing.
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. The Cookie Policy explains essential local storage and technologies that may be used by Stripe on its hosted checkout.
Send a written complaint to the published contact address first. French law provides access to consumer mediation after an unsuccessful prior complaint. The competent consumer mediator is currently being appointed, and its contact details will be published once the appointment is complete.
French law applies. The version published when the transfer is confirmed governs the booking, subject to mandatory consumer rights. The French terms are authoritative; this English text is informative.
