Each request is reviewed against route feasibility, pickup details and operational availability.

1. Platform operator
Book Riviera Driver is a trading name operated by 2B DRIVER, a French SARL with share capital of EUR 100, registered under RCS Nice 882 556 897 and SIRET 882 556 897 00016. Its registered office is 13 Rue des Orangers, 06300 Nice, France. Its intra-community VAT number is FR25 882 556 897. You can reach the platform by email at contact@bookrivieradriver.com or by phone / WhatsApp at +33 7 64 22 10 10.
2. Role of the platform and transport operator
Book Riviera Driver is operated by 2B DRIVER. Bookings are made through Book Riviera Driver and coordinated by 2B DRIVER. Transportation services are performed and invoiced by the licensed VTC partner operator assigned to the booking. Transportation services may be performed by selected licensed VTC partner operators. The assigned operator is responsible for carrying out and invoicing the transport service. 2B DRIVER acts as the booking and coordination intermediary. The contract for the actual transport service is formed with the assigned VTC partner operator when that operator is confirmed for the trip.
3. How a booking becomes final
A paid booking request remains pending until the platform confirms operational availability and assigns a VTC partner operator. The payment receipt confirms that the request and selected payment have been received; it is not the final driver assignment. The booking becomes operationally confirmed when written confirmation confirms the assigned service.
4. Fares and route changes
The fare shown during booking is based on the route and vehicle class selected. Material changes requested after booking, including additional stops, waiting time or a substantially different route, may require a revised fare. Any revised amount must be communicated before the changed service is performed.
5. Online payment and transport invoice
The website may offer either a 20 % online booking payment or payment of the full fare online. With the 20 % option, that amount is credited toward the total transport fare and the remaining 80 % is payable directly to the assigned chauffeur under the payment methods they accept. With the full-payment option, no transport balance is due at pickup. The assigned VTC partner operator is responsible for issuing the passenger's transport invoice and accounting for any amount already collected through Book Riviera Driver.
6. Partner assignment and replacement
The platform assigns a selected VTC partner operator based on route, vehicle class, capacity and availability. If the assigned operator becomes unavailable, the platform may arrange a replacement with an equivalent or higher vehicle class. Operational details needed for the trip are shared with the assigned operator.
7. Airport waiting time
Every airport pickup includes live flight monitoring and one hour of complimentary waiting time from the moment the flight lands. Waiting time beyond that hour is subject to the conditions communicated with the booking confirmation.
8. Changes and cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: any amount paid online for the cancelled booking is refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may not be refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the circumstances of the booking. If the platform cannot maintain the booking and no suitable replacement operator can be arranged, the online amount collected for that booking is refunded. Changes are accommodated when operationally possible and may lead to a revised fare.
9. Passenger conduct and luggage
Passengers must not put their safety, the safety of other passengers, the chauffeur or the vehicle at risk. The assigned operator may refuse or interrupt a transfer in case of intoxication, aggressive behaviour or a serious safety risk. Oversized or unusual luggage should be mentioned when booking so an appropriate vehicle can be assigned.
10. Responsibility
2B DRIVER is responsible for operating the booking and coordination platform within the limits imposed by applicable law. The assigned VTC partner operator is responsible for performing the transport service, maintaining the licences and insurance required for that service, and issuing the transport invoice. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Traffic, weather, road closures, strikes and other events outside reasonable control may affect timing. Lost items should be reported promptly so the platform can help put the passenger in contact with the assigned operator.
11. Privacy
The information you share when booking is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The Cookie Policy explains what the website stores in your browser and what may be used on the Stripe-hosted payment page.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If a disagreement arises, we will first try to resolve it amicably. This does not restrict any right to use an applicable consumer-mediation procedure or any mandatory consumer-protection rule. If no amicable solution is reached, jurisdiction is determined under the applicable French and European rules.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the platform, partner operations or applicable law. The version that applies to your trip is the one published on the day your booking is confirmed. The last-updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
